  • How can I view the status of my order?
    You will be notified via e-mail in order to view your order status. Once you have received the tracking number, you can enter it on the POSTNL/ DHL website to track your order.
  • I have not received an order confirmation. What can I do?
    If you have not received an e-mail order confirmation, this could be due to the following reasons: • You have possibly entered an incorrect e-mail address. • Please check your spam folder. It could be that the order confirmation has been delivered to this folder. • The order process was not completed correctly. If you can't find a confirmation after 60 minutes, please contact us here and with the subject "Order Confirmation" so that we can help you as soon as possible.
  • My order has not arrived even after the estimated delivery time. What can I do?
    Normally you will receive your order within 1 to 3 working days in the Netherlands and 5 to 7 working days for International shipping. Please take into account that in times of high order and delivery volume, delays may occur with our logistics and shipping service provider. If the shipment status of your order has not changed after 10 days, please contact us here and with the subject "Package not Received". We can then take further steps.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, we can still cancel your order. Please contact us here with the subject "Order Cancellation" and include your order number. We will then cancel your order and refund your money. If your order has already been shipped, you can make use of your right of withdrawal upon receiving.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, we can still change your delivery address. Please contact us here with the subject “Address Change", include your order number and let us know your new address. Please take into account that after your order has left our warehouse, we cannot change your delivery and billing address.
  • Can I change or delete products from my order?
    Unfortunately an order change is not possible. We can only cancel your order and refund your money as long as you have not received a shipping confirmation. Please contact us here with the subject "Order Cancellation". You can then place a new order.
  • How can I return my order?
    After receiving your order you have 14 days to return your order to us. Please fill out the return order form here with your order number and the e-mail address you used when ordering. Please send your return to the following address: TRVL Lifestyle Hoogstraat 47 5615PA Eindhoven The Netherlands Please note that the costs for the return are up to the buyer. After receiving the unused goods, we will refund the amount to the original payment method. A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.
  • What is the warranty period?
    We have a warranty of one year on production malfunctions. This covers production and design flaws. Corrosion and deterioration caused by material fatigue after extended use is not covered by the warranty.
