PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:
PayPal
To pay with PayPal, you will need a PayPal account. A PayPal account is free of charge.
PayPal offers different payment options and insures orders up to 500€. If you want to pay your order via PayPal, you will be forwarded to the PayPal site and asked to log in with your account or to register again. All you have to do now is select the desired payment method (PayPal credit, direct debit or credit card) and confirm the payment. Once we have received a confirmation from PayPal, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

iDeal
We also offer the payment method iDeal. After choosing this payment method you will be redirected to the payment page of the bank. This way you can easily and securely process your payment.
Bancontact
Bancontact is the Belgian market leader when it comes to electronic payments. It offers a wide variety of payment services in addition to online payments, like in-store card transactions. This makes Bancontact a well-known and trusted name in Belgium.
Credit Card
You can also pay with credit card.
We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards.
Security when paying by credit card:
European regulations have changed to make online card payments even safer. For orders placed after 14 September 2019, you will be asked to verify your identity through 3D Secure. This will be marked depending on the type of card you use (e.g. Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, etc.).

What do I have to do?
If you have not already done so, you should unlock your card for 3D Secure. Most banks offer this service online. You can find out about this on your banks website.

If you have already registered for 3D Secure or used the function before, you do not need to register again. However, your bank may set up a new payment process to improve the experience. Some banks have designed a new smartphone app specifically for this purpose. Please contact your bank for more information.

To ensure that you can pay easily and securely for your next order, we recommend that you activate 3D Secure before you place your next online order.
Refunds in case of return: If you return one or more items, the corresponding value will be credited back to the credit card originally charged. Depending on your credit card company, the refund will not be visible until your next credit card statement.
SHIPMENT
Standard shipping in The Netherlands.
As soon as you have placed an order with us, your goods will be prepared for shipping.

1. You will receive an order confirmation

2. Afterwards we hand over your package our carrier. As soon as the parcel is scanned by our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the e-mail address you entered when ordering.

3. Normally you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days (for orders in the Netherlands).
Please take into account that in times of high order and delivery volume, delays may occur with our logistics and shipping service provider.

If the shipment status of your order has not changed after 7 days, please contact us here and with the subject "Package not Received". We can then take further steps.
Shipping inside Europe.
Your package will be sent with DHL/ POSTNL. The delivery time is about 2-7 workdays and the shipping and or custom fees are not included.
