Return and Refund Policy
Return and Exchanges.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your products. However, you have the possibility to return your order within 14 days upon receiving it. We will then refund your money and you can place a new order for your desired product.
To return your order, please follow these instructions:
1. You must first contact us providing us with the order number and reason for the return with our contact form.
2. We will provide you with instruction where you can return your order. Pack and seal your return securely making sure to indicate your order number clearly on the package when you ship it back to us. This will allow us to track your return, that has been sent in the original package if possible or any other package available.
3. Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense. We do not provide a pre-paid return label to return your package. Please make sure to ship your package with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance, as TRVL Backpacks are not held responsible for any lost returns.
Refund.
The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email with a confirmation. All returns/exchanges must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order. Restocking fee may apply if the product returned is not in salable condition and in original packaging.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping Policy
Shipping
Standard shipping in The Netherlands.
As soon as you have placed an order with us, your goods will be prepared for shipping.
1. You will receive an order confirmation
2. Afterwards we hand over your package to POSTNL. As soon as the parcel is scanned by POSTNL, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the e-mail address you entered when ordering.
3. Normally you will receive your order within 1 to 2 working days. Please take into account that in times of high order and delivery volume, delays may occur with our logistics and shipping service provider.
If the shipment status of your order has not changed after 7 days, please contact us here and with the subject "Package not Received". We can then take further steps.
Shipping inside Europe.
Your package will be sent with DHL/ POSTNL. The delivery time is about 2-5 workdays and the shipping fee is not included.

This is my second bag purchased from TRVL, I purchased a bag back in 2021 (Camden black) and the bag is still in a mint condition ofcourse I use it on a daily basis for work with both my work and personal laptop.
I decided to purchase a new one to get a color change.
I would definitely recommend the TRVL backpacks.
De rugzak is erg ruim. Verder kun je in veel verschillende vakken spullen opbergen. Zit ook erg chill!
