Your Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival in Tanzania

Upon arrival at the airport, a private driver will be waiting to greet you and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha.

 

This is where your adventure truly begins, with a warm welcome and a smooth start to your unforgettable safari.

At the lodge, you’ll meet your expert guide for a detailed briefing about the safari. You’ll receive essential information on what to expect in the coming days, including daily route plans and safety guidelines.

 

Together with your guide, you’ll also go through a thorough gear check, ensuring you have all the necessary equipment.

If anything is missing, rental options will be arranged on-site.

This moment is also a great opportunity to ask any last-minute questions. 

Afterward, you’ll have the rest of the day to relax and unwind at your own pace, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere of Arusha.

Day 2 - Tarangire National Park

Your Safari begins with a pickup from your lodge in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its vast herds of elephants and towering baobab trees.
As you explore the park on a game drive, you’ll spot wildlife such as lions, zebras, giraffes, and wildebeest, all thriving in this diverse ecosystem.
After a picnic lunch inside the park, you’ll continue searching for wildlife before heading to your resthouse for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3 - Tarangire National Park - Lake Manyara

The day starts with an early morning game drive in Tarangire, where you may witness predators on the move and wildlife gathering near the riverbanks. After the morning safari, you’ll journey towards Lake Manyara National Park, known for its tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and lush forests. Here, you’ll enjoy an evening game drive before settling in for dinner and an overnight stay near the park.

Day 4 - Full-Day Game Drive in Lake Manyara

Today, you’ll have the entire day to explore Lake Manyara National Park. This compact yet diverse park is home to large elephant herds, hippos, baboons, and a variety of bird species, making it a paradise for nature lovers. With its mix of dense forests, open savannah, and the shimmering waters of the lake, Manyara offers a unique safari experience. After a full day of adventure, you’ll return to your resthouse for dinner and a restful night.

Day 5 - Ngorongoro Crater

An early morning descent into the Ngorongoro Crater brings you face to face with one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife destinations. This UNESCO World Heritage Site boasts an incredible concentration of animals, including the Big Five (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffaloes), along with hippos, zebras, hyenas, and more. After a thrilling game drive and lunch inside the crater, the journey continues toward Lake Eyasi, where you’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in the resthouse. 

Day 6 - Cultural Encounter With the Hadzabe Tribe

Before sunrise, you’ll join the Hadzabe people, one of the last true hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. You’ll have the rare opportunity to experience their way of life firsthand. This is a once-in-a-lifetime cultural experience, offering insight into a traditional lifestyle that has remained unchanged for centuries. After spending time with the Hadzabe, you’ll visit the scenic Lake Eyasi, known for its tranquil beauty. 

Return home (or continue travel in Tanzania)

Depending on your return flight schedule, a private transfer will take you to the airport at the right time, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey home.
